This LG television is worth the price. The picture quality is excellent; however the sound is a little subpar, but that was expected from a TV at this price point. This is one purchase that I don’t have buyers remorse!

Great way to bundle all electronics, I buy a lot of TVs, game systems, computers, and anything else Best Buy has and I know it’s all covered!

This membership is great as it stands tiday. However, as of February, my membership will drop many perks currently offered with my annual fee. Im not happy about that. I cant honestly recommend the new membership.

I love having Total Tech. All my purchases are covered under my plan. The total tech service people are knowledgeable and provide great service on every visit. It’s comforting to know if one of our appliances need service, it’s available on a quick and timely basis.

This has been an excellent purchase for us because we have used it several times. It has saved us a lot on the geek guys delivery and hook up as well as so much more with them. They do an outstanding job.

We manage properties and buy appliances quite often - approximately 2-3 kitchens per year, plus random one-offs and thought the protection plan would be of value. When we tried to use the protection plan for a 1-year-old oven, we paid the $85 service fee and scheduled a visit. The problem is intermittent, but the oven beeps like a dying smoke detector at all hours of the day and night, and doesn't consistently heat properly. The part took almost a month to arrive, then the technician no-call-no-showed to our appointment. They apologized and came again after I called wondering where they were. The part didn't fix the issue, so after another visit they mailed a new part and scheduled several weeks later to install it. It was then determined that the part he ordered wouldn't fix the problem, and so no service was performed. Another diagnostic visit was scheduled, and the tech no-call-no-showed again. After coming back now over two months from our first visit, the range isn't kicking an error code out so they won't fix it. They want me to record video, then once we prove it's beeping (which is intermittent so hard to record) they'll schedule ANOTHER visit to try to dignose it again. The policy is to only replace an item after 3 repairs, and if they don't know how to fix it don't make a repair. This is now 7 seperate appointments. 20 hours on the phone speaking to different people to try to get an appoinment, and another 20 hours of time off work waiting for a technician who has an almost 1-in-3 no-show rate. We've been shuffled between different phone numbers and people who have no authority to help. We could've thrown the stove away and bought a new one with the time invested at this point. I'm disappointed in the customer service by Best Buy, who has hurt our image in the eyes of those whose property we manage due to inability to fix a now long-term issue. The warranty is more of a hassle than it's worth for big appliances, and they hope that by no-showing to appointments, they'll wear customers down so you just buy a new appliance from them, because the store isn't the service department.

In all, its a great deal and a win- win for don and I. I was in doubt of buying LG because we are Samsung family. However 2023 LG was a great deal and a good upgrade from his 43 inches to 65 inches.

This by far is the BEST warranty you can buy! For the cost you can't beat it! Great purchase because it covers everything you buy. You don't have to purchase separate warranties for your goods!

I had thiught of pirchasing TotalTech for about a year. As I was moving to a new residence and contemplating buying new TVs and smart devices it seemed like the time to try out the service. I could not have been more pleased!

I suggest everyone to by best buys ororection plan. Our grandsons VR had a piece that got broke so we took it back to best buy abd they replaced it with a whole new game.
