Good attention Costumer service good Solution good sometimes

After only 3 years my previous TV blew out and was not replaceable. I had to fight for 6 months to get the coverage I paid for. If not for Best Buy support, this would not have happened. Outside of only 2 cable connections I am very happy with my new TV and all the help I received.

Having the protection with Best Buy is a must have.

I'm very pleased to have the protection plan. It's an extra sense of security for my household devices. I recommend everyone look into the plan. If the plan works for your situation. 5 stars!

This LG television is worth the price. The picture quality is excellent; however the sound is a little subpar, but that was expected from a TV at this price point. This is one purchase that I don’t have buyers remorse!

After every purchase of an electronic device, Best Buy places an extra 2 years of coverage on the item. Note: The coverage only last if you maintain the $200 annual subscription.

Wish the Total tech still included TV install/mounting. But overall the service and delivery is great.

I have saved a minor fortune in applecare payments.

This membership is great as it stands tiday. However, as of February, my membership will drop many perks currently offered with my annual fee. Im not happy about that. I cant honestly recommend the new membership.

This TV is awesome. Picture clear. Large enough for our room and slim enough for wall hanging.

One thing about protections is that you can sleep good at night because if you have a problem, you know it is covered if and or butts

I was so relieved when a 43 inch TV suddenly went dark out-of-the-blue after 21 months to have this TV covered! I was approved for a replacement after the repair tech check it over to see the problem.
