Built in Roku, great picture, and a great price. This is my second TCL TV and I am very impressed. Because of the price point, I am using it on the lanai, and with fall here, and winter on it's way in Florida, we are going to be using it quite a lot.

We actually haven't had to use the protection yet. But it made sense to purchase it for a year because the cost of the items I bought was going to be more without it. If you do get it to try it you have to remember to cancel within the year or it will automatically renew.

Easy to set up, simply to navigate. The device has a sleek look, touch screen is a plus. Would recommend.

This came in useful. nearing the end of this term, My TV started with lines on the screen. It was a simple process to process the replacement of the TV.

I am still getting used to this new warranty/protection program. However, if the no questions asked return process for damaged items on warranty are the same as before, then sign me up. Best Buy's protection is 2nd to none.

You really get your money's worth with this plan! So far they've wall mounted 2 tvs and 1 over-the-range microwave, and repaired a broken HP computer, all under the one-time fee and protection plan.

Working on the road, I cannot always be there when things go wrong. Having Geek Squad as backup is critical and comnforting.

It would make sense not to get this plan when you have the best for a minimal charge. Best Buy truly always values their customers and is well worth it.
