I suggest everyone to by best buys ororection plan. Our grandsons VR had a piece that got broke so we took it back to best buy abd they replaced it with a whole new game.

I wouldn't do without the Total Tech Protection. It is peace of mind when purchasing electronics, Vacuums and all type of Floor cleaners. Best Buy stands behind the items they sell with no hassle.

I am still getting used to this new warranty/protection program. However, if the no questions asked return process for damaged items on warranty are the same as before, then sign me up. Best Buy's protection is 2nd to none.

Great way to protect your equipment no matter when you purchase

The protection on each product you buy at Best Buy is very good and I personally liked it a lot because that way I have more discounts and I wouldn't have to buy protection on each product I buy.

Colin in the tv department was kind and helpful but kept pushing me towards particular sony tv's that i was not interested in, then starting talking to aaron who told me completely different info. turns out colin works for sony even though he had on best buy shirt. i went there for accurant information and feel like this is not what is supposred to be happening.

Has helped having tremendously. I’ve had to use for second time on electronics and saved a bunch.

Haven’t had to use for a big item yet but it’s great when you have any issues and all items you’ve purchased under the Best Buy Protection care are included and the issues are remedied swiftly.

So far, so good! We saved a bunch of $$$ getting an open box item and the TV looks perfect. We have Total Tech coverage, so we are covered for 2 years too!

For the price, you can't beat the deal they have on extended service. I have not had a chance to use it, but confident it will work just fine.

This is the second 43" LG we purchased this year. We bought one for the home office and liked it so much that we got another for our guest room. And the Total Tech membershp has come in handy because we have been able to get all of TVs mounted for free
