I think, its a great deal to have. It covers all the devices you purchase ( some exclusions in some devices) . When my laptops are sluggish or I want them clean from stuff ; I didn't even know it had. Or when i get something that needs to be set up or installed its covered!

Great service, the answer the phone quickly, set up appointments, already paid for itself when i had issues with items. Always ask for Geek Squad member and not a contractor cause they do better work!
