Best Buy total protection! used it more than once or twice. very well worth the price. This plan has more than paid for itself. for the last 3 months.

Great value which comes with the Total Tech Membership Program. I've been a member for the last two years and have used it numerous times for price match, added protection program and tech support.

Some things are worth having but the new contract doesn't work for our needs anymore. Not sure if we will continue with membership.

Works well for most projects. Had to load chrome or google. It came with edge browser. Nice and light. Easy to carry around. Charges fast and holds up pretty well.

Switch console got damaged. It hey backed up my switch and reloaded a new one for me. It’s what you expect from this type of service but it’s great to actually get it!!!

This is a good price for protection. but the tv i purchased it for was so good i didn't need to use it.

My TV was damaged and no longer available. I had assistance picking out a TV that would fit in my console and also was a much better TV. I am Very Happy with Best Buy.

Purchasing this product was a fantastic idea. I was able to purchase my items from the store, have them delivered to my house and have the television mounted. I plan to use some of the other features the plan allows in the future.
