Best Buy stands behind their promise. I like the fact that this promise is upheld, and they are there if ypu need them.

Works great! Sound is great! Does not overheat. After almost 2 years it turns on but immediately back off. Best Buy protection is the way to go.

Love our new T V , It’s Exactly what we wanted. The picture is perfect. We bought the 55 inch we are now going to put that in our bedroom , and buy the same one except 65 for The Living Room .

I consider protection plans a form of "insurance". It gives me "peace of mind" for the product I purchased, and the protection plan is so affordable.

If you are a tech person, this is the only way to go. Things dont last as long as they use to. This is a must and also all the perks that come with it on installs

The automatic protection that comes with items I've purchased as part of the Total Tech program is wonderful! I don't even have to think about purchasing it.

So far we are pleased with the Protection Plan/Total Tech membership that covers most situations with all our purchases during the membership this year.

They have come thru for me every time! Pleasant, knowledgeable, explains at my level not theirs.

I highly recommend this plan. It paid for the Geek Squad to install all three TV's, the mounts, and explain all of the features of the TV's. I am comfortable knowing all of my electronics are covered by this plan.
