    Total tech support is a must have. Technicians are extremely courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They explain everything until you are comfortable and understand what you need to do.

    Like the Geek Squad a lot and the help they give-especially for a single mature lady with no kids-we grew up in a different world. They don't make me feel stupid either.

    24 month protection for my Insignia TV, I have a Apple Ipad and Best Buy took care of me with my 2 year protection with a new Ipad.
