I'd normally give this 5 stars but they raised the price of all the services without notification. I don't like the tech support because it's farmed out to another country and they techs always mess up my computer. The INSTORE Service is pretty good but always takes 2 trips to the store which is not close to my home.

Added peace of mind outside of the manufacturer's warranty. Hope we don't have to use it but it's there if we need it.

Worth the money to keep your investments safe. Recommended.

I got this as an open box while it was on sale. Its is a great TV for the bedroom and works well wuth sonos surround sound systems.

I will be testing the best buy protection plan again soon because the CD drive in my computer broke. I'll report back if there are any problems, but I doubt there will be!

It’s nice to protection covers all your devices. Discounted prices on certain items are good, too. It’s also nice that AppleCare plus is included within Best Buy’s Total Protection

Services were good with the various items that I have purchased over the past year. Could cost a little less since I am a returning customer.

I always purchase a protection plan on any product that I get from Best Buy not because the product I buy isn't any good but because it's always smart to have protection.
