    I always purchase a protection plan on any product that I get from Best Buy not because the product I buy isn't any good but because it's always smart to have protection.

    Geek Squad and protection program have already been worth the money. For those of us who are tech challenged it is a much needed service. Love my new laptop. It’s so easy to use.

    Have had it for about 3 months now everything Was fine until today when it started making some weird noise out of no where it's literally just been hanging on my wall nothing was moved or messed with.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
