    The dreaded black screen on my previous TV forced me to upgrade. The picture quality and sound better than expected. Opening the remote was a challenge, but setup was a breeze. There were a few minor snags programming my universal remote. All in all I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

    It is great knowing this protection is in place for my new purchases. This way if I get a bad product I am protected whether I am outside my return window or not.

    Best buy protection with total tech has been a lifesaver. Family of 6 (4 kids) we love getting it auto on all purchases vs buying individually.

    I bought this in 2017 I think and really love it. If I ever have a problem with a product they take care of it no questions asked. Also will do car audio installs.
