Excellent image, good quality, it perfectly suited what I was looking for!

My review is based on an open-box edition of this TV. It was said to be in excellent condition. I purchased the 55" to replace an older LG 43." Setting up the TV was fairly easy. Playing around and adjusting the settings was a little bit of a challenge. Initially, the picture was darker than I wanted it and I was going to take it back until I read and reviewed some videos on ways to improve the brightness. The best mode for me is Cinema mode. Since I had a store demo, I had to set the tv to home mode to keep my setting from resetting. Once I made a few more setting adjustments (brightness, contrast, sharpness), I was able to get the brightness that I desired. The best picture was in vivid mode, but it was too dark. There are some AI settings that will adjust the tv based on its surroundings. However, I turned these off because it did not give me the picture I desired. I have only had the tv for a few weeks and since I was able to adjust the brightness, I will keep it. I do noticed a light on the bottom edge of the tv. Since it is an open box, I can deal with it for now. The sound is way better than I thought. I was going to connect to a soundbar, but the built-in sound is loud and clear. It easily connected to my firestick, so I have not played around with the LG apps. My experience thus far is good so I will see how it goes over the next few weeks. I would recommend "new" model instead of an open box that does not come in a box.

I love the warrantee program. I had a problem with my tv. I called thevtech dept snd thectech helped me to solve the problem.

I liked it so much that I bought 2 75" televisions and one 32" for my house, the brand is always my favorite and if you want to convince yourself, buy it, it's worth it, I recommend it.

Been an easy job anytime weve had to make a claim on the protection plan. We have the total tech yearly membership and have had to use it a couple times. Super easy process.

Most "extended warranties/protection plans" are a waste. Totaltech has so far kept up their end of the bargain. I like the extended time to return and the installation guys are good/great.

You just can’t beat the LG OLED TV from Best Buy. I got a great price and my Total Tech membership meant getting the TV installed and set up with the LG sound bar I no brainer. All I had to do was turn on the TV and enjoy.

We just utilized the Totaltech service to install our new TV. The technicians were wonderful, prompt and very courteous.

Enjoying this new style LG tv. Awesome picture, easy to operate and is truly a Smart tv. Built in channels with lots of ease to find your show.
