I think Best Buy’s protection plan is priced correctly, maybe even a steal”. We have televisions, computers, Apple products on the plan and I have yet to stump anyone at the Geek Squad. They are polite, caring, technically strong on multiple products, and quickly resolves my issues I present them. When I am with them they do not rush me with a quick fix but they make sure I understand their fixes so I don’t have to come back repeatedly. The vast majority of them are young, and classy beyond their years. Obviously I don’t like going there because I have an issue but I am highly treated extremely well like I’m sure most are. They are a fantastic team at multiple locations. Couldn’t be happier.

I have to say that if you like to buy any new electronics that this is a must have! They are on top of their game. I do use this occasionally and will always purchase this, even for the cheaper electronics it is handy.

Surprised by the PQ. Didn't know Hisense was destroying Samsung. But I am glad. Samsung charges too much. I tested the panel. Completely clean panel. I have never ever gotten a perfectly clean LED/LCD panel. Not even OLED. And I trade out TVs alot.

My new Tv and Surround Sound setup was placed on the wall so perfectly. There’s no wires exposed. The tv comes off the wall and turns right or left so either side of the room can see the tv. The Geek Squad was knowledgeable and professional.
