Surprised by the PQ. Didn't know Hisense was destroying Samsung. But I am glad. Samsung charges too much. I tested the panel. Completely clean panel. I have never ever gotten a perfectly clean LED/LCD panel. Not even OLED. And I trade out TVs alot.

This service has proven it's worth several times for our family. It usually pays for itself before the mid point of the year our of the 24 months.

Its so easy... Almost too easy lol, and if its not there, they'll have it shipped to your home or tell you of another location that has it... Or if yiu want just refund you. very simple

Worth every penny! If you constantly buy from BestBuy and add insurance to your purchase then this is well worth the price. All insurance is covered, all installations are covered (including the ones that cost $185) to get a professional to come in and do it! There are times that you might have to pay at most $30 for a part that is needed to complete the installation. Just the one professional installation covers the cost of the Best Buy Protection because insurance is free, delivery is free, and you even get totaltech discounts on purchases! What are you waiting for! Sign up! I promise it pays for itself during your first purchase!

I have to say that if you like to buy any new electronics that this is a must have! They are on top of their game. I do use this occasionally and will always purchase this, even for the cheaper electronics it is handy.

The best buy total yearly plan is worth every penny. I have been able to replace several items that were damaged without any hassel. The factory warranty is just not good enough.

My new Tv and Surround Sound setup was placed on the wall so perfectly. There’s no wires exposed. The tv comes off the wall and turns right or left so either side of the room can see the tv. The Geek Squad was knowledgeable and professional.

I would recommend this protection plan to everyone, even though I have used this one time it was an amazing experience how this plan protected me from what could have been a major loss. After that one experience it puts my mind at ease to know this plan has me covered in case of any issues with my devices. I appreciate the support of geek squad as well that comes with this and the AppleCare as well.
