Worth every penny! If you constantly buy from BestBuy and add insurance to your purchase then this is well worth the price. All insurance is covered, all installations are covered (including the ones that cost $185) to get a professional to come in and do it! There are times that you might have to pay at most $30 for a part that is needed to complete the installation. Great plan, I'm at ease knowing my purchases are covered. It's a little pricey, as I haven't needed to use it on any of my brand new purchases, I think making it 4 years protection would be worth the cost.

Best buy never lets me down with protection plans and still hasn't. If there is ever and issue, I either get an email response immediately or excellent customer service over the phone. I have never had an issue that wasn't rectified. My tv mount wasn't set-up just right the first time, and I got to select a new wall mount and got new people to install it securely and showed us the difference with the install to ensure the work was done properly this time at no extra cost to me.
