If there is ever and issue, I either get an email response immediately or excellent customer service over the phone. I have never had an issue that wasn't rectified. My tv mount wasn't set-up just right the first time, and I got to select a new wall mount and got new people to install it securely and showed us the difference with the install to ensure the work was done properly this time at no extra cost to me.

Dell, the Store Manager helped me choose the perfect television for my home. I’m very thankful for his patience and his expertise. He was very professional and I left the store feeling happy and confident with my purchase. Thank you Dell!
