Best buy never lets me down with protection plans and still hasn't. If there is ever and issue, I either get an email response immediately or excellent customer service over the phone. I have never had an issue that wasn't rectified. My tv mount wasn't set-up just right the first time, and I got to select a new wall mount and got new people to install it securely and showed us the difference with the install to ensure the work was done properly this time at no extra cost to me.

Love this product with this internet system with no buffering, outages during bad weather but most of all the speed.

Best Buy has won me over on the Protection Plan. I had an issue with the product and they took care of it with no questions or problems

The Sony repaced a Samsung that had to be repaired 2 times when the led lights went out. The Sony OLED has a bright clear picture on just the lowest setting. The speed is amazing!!!

Have had no problems with the device so the protection plan seems to be worth the money. I had a tv under the plan and it had some problems with turning off and Best Buy replaced it with no questions askedd.

Great plan, I'm at ease knowing my purchases are covered. It's a little pricey, as I haven't needed to use it on any of my brand new purchases, I think making it 4 years protection would be worth the cost.

Is a good have a total tech support because they cover my appliances. I don’t have to take a warranty for each one. In addition it cover que installation.

I have 3 smart TVs to keep my nieces from fighting over what to watch. The remote control is similar to a mouse on a desktop. Takes some getting used to. When I first turned it on and saw the picture which was a nature scene, forest I think, it looked like I was there. I wish this was available when we bought a 75 inch for the living room. I am completely colorblind so picture quality really matters to me. Great TV.

I like the total tech support because of the perks that come with it. Installation of TV's, appliance etc. but beware, they are changing this up real soon and will be discontinuing FREE in home services which really stinks.. Not a fan of the online tech support that is 90% from over seas, but in pinch it's ok, just very lengthy process. Everything keeps getting more expensive and less for your money

Total tech is absolutely worth the $200 per year. At first I was disappointed that BB got rid of the member tiers because I always spend 5k there a year and would get the extra return period etc. But with Total Tech, I go 3k off an 8k 85 inch TV exclusive to Total Tech members. I rather get deals like that instead of the old membership. Now BB pays me instead of me having to spend 5k for the old benefits
