I have 3 smart TVs to keep my nieces from fighting over what to watch. The remote control is similar to a mouse on a desktop. Takes some getting used to. When I first turned it on and saw the picture which was a nature scene, forest I think, it looked like I was there. I wish this was available when we bought a 75 inch for the living room. I am completely colorblind so picture quality really matters to me. Great TV.

This program offers amazing value for the annual membership fee. I once had an issue and the repair was done at no charge on the day I reported the problem.

Have to protect your product esepcially as repairs can be costly.

A must have to protect your investment. Id rather have it and not need it as opposed to needing it and not having it.

I like the total tech support because of the perks that come with it. Installation of TV's, appliance etc. but beware, they are changing this up real soon and will be discontinuing FREE in home services which really stinks.. Not a fan of the online tech support that is 90% from over seas, but in pinch it's ok, just very lengthy process. Everything keeps getting more expensive and less for your money
