This is one of the best protection plans. A customer at Best Buy told me about it and showed me that he saved literally thousands. He said his dog ate his ear buds three times and Best Buy gave him new ones each time at no charge. I instantly purchased the coverage. I am all set.

With my new Best buy membership not only did they deliver my TV for free but they said it all up and made sure everything worked. That meant more to me than actually the purchase of the TV. Excellent TV. Great picture, easy to use, and it looks great on the wall. We needed a new TV for the MB but didn't want one that would dominate the wall. This model is excellent, especially for the price. Great picture and easy to use. Even my wife can turn it on and change the channel. (Please don't tell her I said that.)

We have the annual Best Buy coverage which we have used for several products Have not needed yet but it's a good saving especially for Apple products

Having this Best Buy Protection is a good deal to have in case something occurs with an item that was purchased from Best Buy. Haven't really had to use it yet, but if I do, just need to call Best Buy for large items. Smaller items can be taken to the store. And the protection is good for repairing or replacing the item if it cannot be repaired.

Great when the product is covered. Needed to replace a malfunctioning router and the exchange for a new router was simple. It only covers products for two years and alternate protection is required after that. Not always necessary but certain electronics might need additional protection.

One of my favorite purchases EVER. Access to discounted install and warranties via Geek Squad, personal shoppers and just impressive level of improved experience as a customer. Yup annual purchase since 2020-ish! Hope they don't increase the cost, that's the cherry on top of it all!
