Excellent TV. Great picture, easy to use, and it looks great on the wall. We needed a new TV for the MB but didn't want one that would dominate the wall. This model is excellent, especially for the price. Great picture and easy to use. Even my wife can turn it on and change the channel. (Please don't tell her I said that.)

With my new Best buy membership not only did they deliver my TV for free but they said it all up and made sure everything worked. That meant more to me than actually the purchase of the TV. Knowing that it now works right and I didn't have any issues. The customer service and the guys who delivered it and set it up or outstanding. Thank you Best buy

Having this Best Buy Protection is a good deal to have in case something occurs with an item that was purchased from Best Buy. Haven't really had to use it yet, but if I do, just need to call Best Buy for large items. Smaller items can be taken to the store. And the protection is good for repairing or replacing the item if it cannot be repaired.

Very easy site to navigate and I highly recommend becoming a full member when purchasing each year.

Great when the product is covered. Needed to replace a malfunctioning router and the exchange for a new router was simple. It only covers products for two years and alternate protection is required after that. Not always necessary but certain electronics might need additional protection.
