Excellent TV. Great picture, easy to use, and it looks great on the wall. We needed a new TV for the MB but didn't want one that would dominate the wall. This model is excellent, especially for the price. Great picture and easy to use. Even my wife can turn it on and change the channel. (Please don't tell her I said that.)

Having this Best Buy Protection is a good deal to have in case something occurs with an item that was purchased from Best Buy. Haven't really had to use it yet, but if I do, just need to call Best Buy for large items. Smaller items can be taken to the store. And the protection is good for repairing or replacing the item if it cannot be repaired.

This is one of the best protection plans. A customer at Best Buy told me about it and showed me that he saved literally thousands. He said his dog ate his ear buds three times and Best Buy gave him new ones each time at no charge. I instantly purchased the coverage. I am all set.

Best Buy's recently added benefits make this, in my opinion, absolutely worth the money. Not more; but at the $199 price, on balance, it provides absolute peace of mind. I have used the phone helpline; excellent! PLUS the benefits! I especially like the extended warranty as standard, the free antivirus, the Applecare included, and not least, the 60day return policy in place of 15; the deal clincher!

Great when the product is covered. Needed to replace a malfunctioning router and the exchange for a new router was simple. It only covers products for two years and alternate protection is required after that. Not always necessary but certain electronics might need additional protection.

How can anyone purchase a electronic product and not get protection coverage! If it is not protected dont blame us!
