One of my favorite purchases EVER. Access to discounted install and warranties via Geek Squad, personal shoppers and just impressive level of improved experience as a customer. Yup annual purchase since 2020-ish! Hope they don't increase the cost, that's the cherry on top of it all!

Tv works great! Like the built in googletv. Easy to use and easy to add the apps for watching shows/movies we choose.

Best Buy's recently added benefits make this, in my opinion, absolutely worth the money. Not more; but at the $199 price, on balance, it provides absolute peace of mind. I have used the phone helpline; excellent! PLUS the benefits! I especially like the extended warranty as standard, the free antivirus, the Applecare included, and not least, the 60day return policy in place of 15; the deal clincher!

The best decision I could've made. The protection came in handy with my tv going out exactly 6months past the manufacturer warranty. My protection replaced my tv with no problems.

The tv quality is significantly better than the last tv I had purchased, less than 2 years ago. I’m glad to see the quality difference and how much better the UI is on this one as well! I’d definitely recommend the tv for anyone looking for something well above mid grade but not in the couple to a few thousand dollar range either.

We usually buy an Epson all in one printer but needed a change for our office. We liked the idea that it comes with a year of ink supply. The one thing this HP printer didn’t have is a fax. We were sure the salesman we spoke with said it came with a fax. But that didn’t prevent us from keeping it.

When ever I need a Geek Squad person I have had no problem with getting my questions and problems solved in a timely manner.
