I have been buying products from Best Buy for years and the 24 month protection is such a peace of mind because the typical warranty for most products is a year. Being able to take it back to Best Buy instead of dealing with the manufacture makes the return process very simple.

I absolutely love this product looks beautiful The tech support associates set it up in my living room along with new tv and left everything set and ready to go they even set up my sound bar which hadn’t worked in years because I didn’t know how to make it work what a relief and great tech support for the not so tech savy and elderly

Geek squad service is outstanding and very reliable. They know what they’re doing and if you have any questions they’re there to answer them and they have the answers. I couldn’t ask for a better team, and I have this monthly service and it’s worth every penny.

Great program. The service team is very professional and attentive. The scheduling gets a little confusing due to different team’s responsibilities. With delivering versus install and set up. I have not had to call for a repair yet, but I have several items on this program.

First time I've bought a tv that wasn't a Samsung and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Picture quality 10/10. Functionality 10/10. Design 10/10. Really like the thin bevels and best of all price point. 75" for under $600 for Toshiba quality. Best tv in it's class.

We buy everything we can at Best Buy because they stand by their warranty. We have never had a problem having things exchanged or fixed. I have even had my screen protector on my phone mess up and they replaced it for free. You don't have to keep your receipt.

I have been buying from Best Buy for quite some time and let me just say this, I should have purchased the protection plan long time ago. I have had so many TV's that I have purchased and only last maybe 2 years, just imagined how much I would have saved if I would have purchased when I brought my first item from Best Buy. I love that it can be used on my other electronics and more.

I HAVEN'T YET USED MY PROTECTION PLAN SINCE THE PURCHASE, BUT I AM CONVINCED IT IS GOING TO COME HANDY WHEN I NEED IT. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH ANY BEST BUY PRODUCT SINCE I HAVE BEEN A REWARD MEMBER FOR OVER SIX YEARS.
