I shop at Best Buy because of the service and GEEK SQUAD. Having the Total Protection plan is a good value.

If you aren’t purchasing this protection product you’re doing yourself wrong. It is fantastic! It is so worth the money. Very helpful and we had to take advantage of it. Very easy and such helpful customer service people. Thankful I purchased this program.

I have been buying from Best Buy for quite some time and let me just say this, I should have purchased the protection plan long time ago. I have had so many TV's that I have purchased and only last maybe 2 years, just imagined how much I would have saved if I would have purchased when I brought my first item from Best Buy. I love that it can be used on my other electronics and more.

I needed another tv for my living room since my insignia went out after having it for several years. I saw this model as an open-box online and the price was too good! I went to look at it in the store and I was really sold on the picture quality as well as its features. So far I am really happy with my purchase!

I have been very happy with the service. And also, I have absolutely loved my two TVs that I purchased from there, as well as my Soundsystem! The other thing is I lost my TV remote and my old dvd player Samsung remote works and helped me fix my TV

I’ve used the 24 month protection provided by TotalTech twice now and this is the best consumer warranty on the market. Best Buy was wise to offer this because I now buy all of my electronics from Best Buy just to get the peace of mind of the 2 year coverage.

Tv has a good quality but I have been seeing some glitches here and there. For example, when certain apps are opened, the TV freezes and the only way to regain control is to unplug the TV. Overall, you’re getting the quality that you paid for. I would be much more upset if I had paid much more.

The television does not keep an internet connection well. It randomly kicks the connection out, so I have to turn the tv off and on multiple times until it reconnects. This is also an issue when you first turn the tv on as well…a huge inconvenience! My other televisions are LG brand and do not have this problem.

Nothing special about this TV. It works my uncle loves it watches the sports games. That’s all I need.

This “coverage” pays for itself after just one purchase. I needed a laptop for work and the one year “warranty” was $50 MORE than the cost of this for TWO years! Not only did I save $50, I got an extra year of coverage AND have so many services included with subscription.

Didnt think inqould get my money worth. But ended up buying a few large ticket items to make sure it paid for this membership. I guess that wasnthe intention.

Having monthly protection has kept my mind at ease! If something seems to be wrong with our electronics I can always bring it back and get it checked out! Especially with recently buying a IPad tablet for my 1 year old!
