I HAVEN'T YET USED MY PROTECTION PLAN SINCE THE PURCHASE, BUT I AM CONVINCED IT IS GOING TO COME HANDY WHEN I NEED IT. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH ANY BEST BUY PRODUCT SINCE I HAVE BEEN A REWARD MEMBER FOR OVER SIX YEARS.

If you aren’t purchasing this protection product you’re doing yourself wrong. It is fantastic! It is so worth the money. Very helpful and we had to take advantage of it. Very easy and such helpful customer service people. Thankful I purchased this program.

The way appliances cost now days I feel very comfortable having an extended warranty worth the money.

I am normally hesitant to purchase any type of additional buyer protection over what comes with the product; however, since I had a lot of money invested in my first 65" TV from Best Buy I purchased the additional "Best Buy Protection". I did have a few problems following my purchase. A call to Best Buy resulted in satisfactory correction.

I’ve used the 24 month protection provided by TotalTech twice now and this is the best consumer warranty on the market. Best Buy was wise to offer this because I now buy all of my electronics from Best Buy just to get the peace of mind of the 2 year coverage.

This “coverage” pays for itself after just one purchase. I needed a laptop for work and the one year “warranty” was $50 MORE than the cost of this for TWO years! Not only did I save $50, I got an extra year of coverage AND have so many services included with subscription.

Best Buy’s Warrenty plans give peace of mind that when an item purchased breaks down shortly or right after a product warranty ends far short of what the lifespan of a product should be we have affordable options to repair or replace. Thanks
