Deliverers called, and told me I had to take the tv off of the mount, that they couldn't do it, so me and my wife did it, and we put the new tv up, I set it up, registered it and watching it now.

The Best Buy protection program has saved me a lot of money. The weird things that happen in life to products need to be repaired but cost a lot less (to free) with a once a year fee.

This is a good quality wall mount it a heavy duty one to me.

Always feel better that I get a included two year warranty through my Total Tech membership

Sale agent very knowledgeable, checkout and pickup was excellent.

ALL of the local staff are EXCELLENT, and go above and beyond to help. The "call center"people are useless and calling is a waste of time.

I am saddened to hear that Best Buy Total Tech will no longer include free installation on appliances an that the program will be changing when my membership ends in November.

When I bought the monthly Best Buy Protection plan for a year, I made an appointment with one of the technician of Best Buy in order to repair my computer. My personal computer was fixed and the technician explained me how to keep my computer well.

Love how this is standard with the Total Tech protection plan. They also said they will notify you before the expiration date to offer an extension. Before, the plan would expire without notification.
