The Best Buy monthly protection plan is worth every penny. With the work the Geek Quad has already done the plan has paid for its self two times over. If you are not a tech person or even if you are I would recommend this plan.

This is a very good service. The fact that you get up to 24 months is the one thing that I really like and appreciate. It reassures you that Best Buy stands by the quality of their products. I would suggest this service to anyone who's interested in financing any appliances or other products that Best Buy has. You really cant't find an offer like this at many retail stores like Best Buy.

Love how this is standard with the Total Tech protection plan. They also said they will notify you before the expiration date to offer an extension. Before, the plan would expire without notification.

The Best Buy protection plan has always been there for me whenever something goes wrong with an item I bought. I have dealt with the Geek Squad many times over the years and have never been disappointed with their service.

I am saddened to hear that Best Buy Total Tech will no longer include free installation on appliances an that the program will be changing when my membership ends in November.
