I am saddened to hear that Best Buy Total Tech will no longer include free installation on appliances an that the program will be changing when my membership ends in November.

The protection plan is the best quality for the money, 24 seven geek squad savings when you buy stuff you cannot go wrong by purchasing this plan and 2 year warranty everyone need that for any tv

I love Best Buy's total tech program. I have been a member since the beginning. Any product purchased at Best Buy, including any Apple product purchased gives 24 month Apple Care as part of being part of the Total Tech Program. That alone is worth it.

Love how this is standard with the Total Tech protection plan. They also said they will notify you before the expiration date to offer an extension. Before, the plan would expire without notification.

Well I bought it cars but I think Best Buy has been a community support and promote her for people to achieve their goal Comfort at home

The Best Buy monthly protection plan is worth every penny. With the work the Geek Quad has already done the plan has paid for its self two times over. If you are not a tech person or even if you are I would recommend this plan.

ALL of the local staff are EXCELLENT, and go above and beyond to help. The "call center"people are useless and calling is a waste of time.

Absolutely the best picture ever. I swear you can see the pores in the actors face! Sony always makes a great product, but I am very pleased with this TV. Set up was not bad for a less than technical person like myself. Just plugged it in, turned it on and followed the prompts.

Have been VERY HAPPY with our Total Tech Membership & absolutely intend to renew later this year when it's up. It's payed for itself multiple times already and the extended warranty is a very nice bonus!

Great coverage for not much money! Worth the cost.

Installers were professional and thorough. They mounted 2 televisions, 1 above the mantle with recessed wiring and the other on brick. The mounting was completed neatly and looks great.

Its always great to have peace of mind for electronics you purchase. Best Buy has good customer service through those needs for good value.
