I had a problem getting my new Samsung 65" TV to hook up with my Apple TV controller and the surround sound. it was going to be 2 weeks before the Geek Squad could come out and help. That was unacceptable. I hired an outside contractor and he was there within 2 days. In today's world where almost everything can be delivered to your doorstep within one to two days, you need quicker service.

I think this is a great deal! I love that they came into my house to set up the tv and also delivered so i didn’t need to transport the tv. We also bought an Apple IPAD and BB set that up for us.

Got this tv for my mother in law and she loves it ! She had older tv and once she got this one, she couldn't even imagining going back to the old one. She loves the quality and speed on the TV!

Nas TV. All the bells and whistles. Only problem I have is if you are sitting directly in front of the TV it’s a little hard to see the screen from the side and I made the mistake of buying a Best Buy brand TV mount that was supposed to be a full motion mount and it doesn’t work well at all so it makes it hard to view the TV from the side.

Everything works great no problems and we were up and ready to go in no time

I always get a protection plan, I've yet to learn the hard way but because I always have purchased a protection plan and thank the lord that I have because products do fail, and I've had to use the protection plan several times in the past!!

Great items for sale and stuff like this for me and I can just send them a picture and I send it out in a few weeks to get them to me see what they can decide when you want it lol

Free support for 2 years when I added my “juice” to new Alienware laptop I also got from Best But since I have the Best Buy Maintenance Plan!

very good tv in general always has free channels included with the lg channels.

I have the total tech and it has been great! Thankfully have not needed to use it but it comes with great savings and great peace of mind.

Nicest tv I’ve owned. Response time is not slow. It mounted close to the wall easily enough.

Not much you can really say about it as I’ve not had to use it yet. I suspect I will have no issues when and if I need to use this service.
