Installers were professional and thorough. They mounted 2 televisions, 1 above the mantle with recessed wiring and the other on brick. The mounting was completed neatly and looks great.

I always get a protection plan, I've yet to learn the hard way but because I always have purchased a protection plan and thank the lord that I have because products do fail, and I've had to use the protection plan several times in the past!!

Nas TV. All the bells and whistles. Only problem I have is if you are sitting directly in front of the TV it’s a little hard to see the screen from the side and I made the mistake of buying a Best Buy brand TV mount that was supposed to be a full motion mount and it doesn’t work well at all so it makes it hard to view the TV from the side.

Best Buy Total is the best thing since sliced bread. Actually it’s better that sliced bread. Two year warranty automatically on everything you buy is absolutely incredible.

The TCL 55” TV is the best I’ve ever had. The price was right…the size was perfect…the installation went smoothly and it seems to know what I wanted ore I search the channels!

ALL of the local staff are EXCELLENT, and go above and beyond to help. The "call center"people are useless and calling is a waste of time.

I think this is a great deal! I love that they came into my house to set up the tv and also delivered so i didn’t need to transport the tv. We also bought an Apple IPAD and BB set that up for us.

Its always great to have peace of mind for electronics you purchase. Best Buy has good customer service through those needs for good value.
