I usually get the coverage. I have not had to use it but I feel better knowing that I have the coverage if I need it.

Best Buy has the best protection plans on the market. They are easy to use and will fix the purchased items no matter the damage.

We purchased a TV and after a couple days there was an issue with the TV. We called and they instantly set up to deliver a replacement.

This protection plan pays for itself. I get terrific tech help by very knowledgeable people and I get discounts on my purchases.

Have already had large TV installed, then another mounted to a wall and with set up. Saved me from all the time and stress! Great deal for us.

My new 65 inch Sony TV is very enjoyable. The Geek Squad had to install a Roku to the TV as it did not come with Roku. I enjoy the TV very much now in my living room

I called for Geek Squad to come and hook up my new Sony Receiver. He came in 2 days and called me and said he could come a couple of hours early. He was very professional and answered my questions.

Very good for the Value, We just have to call and Best Buy is responding right away, without any questions ask. I signed right away for 24 month, I am NOT regretting that and will buy the next 24 month as soon this protection is running out!

Absolutely disappointed with Best Buy's home delivery service. We scheduled a delivery only to have it rescheduled at the last minute with barely any notice. When we tried calling to find out what happened and reschedule, we couldn't get anyone on the phone. The next available delivery slot they offered? Weeks away. We ended up canceling and ordering the TV from Amazon instead. Had it delivered quickly and hired a local company to mount it on the wall. The whole experience was seamless and cost-effective. Best Buy used to be the go-to for electronics and installation, but their current delivery service is a disaster. Between the poor communication, inability to reach customer service, and absurd wait times, they seem determined to drive customers away. I can't recommend their home delivery service to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Totally worth it for such a cheap price. I’ve had things go bad before that I’ve bought at Best Buy and their replacement/fixing department is amazing to work with.
