My new 65 inch Sony TV is very enjoyable. The Geek Squad had to install a Roku to the TV as it did not come with Roku. I enjoy the TV very much now in my living room

I received the Best Buy protection plan at no cost as part of my purchase of a new TV due to my Total Tech Support membership, which is a great value. I hope I don't need it, but it's there if I do and it's a great membership benefit.

Tv has a good quality but I have been seeing some glitches here and there. For example, when certain apps are opened, the TV freezes and the only way to regain control is to unplug the TV. Overall, you’re getting the quality that you paid for. I would be much more upset if I had paid much more.

This is a good quality wall mount it a heavy duty one to me.
