Nice TV and base, a little hard to set up and add the base volume goes down everytime you start a new movie or pause an existing move, which is a pain/

Best Buy’s protection plans are one of the few worth the money. They really do whatever it takes to ensure you are happy. I’d suggest including total protect with every purchase
