    I actually love this. Everything I buy is mostly fully covered plus if it breaks if they can't fix it they will replace it in store.

    I bought a new tv, soundbar system, and xbox all within a month so I saved with it. I also only got my Xbox series X because of it.

    The tech department has been very helpful, but some of the representatives have a heavy accent from their native language and I cannot understand them

    I like to have a program where your electronics are covered thanks to the bestbuy membership. So as long as you are a member you enjoy 24 months of coverage. Can’t beat that
