Only used it once, which was when I first signed up for it. It was helpful then in cutting my costs a little bit. And it was nice to have after that for the peace of mind. However, I won't be renewing, as I only need Apple Care.

I was kind of unsure of getting this at first because i never need them in my experience, but i gotta say it's more than exceeded my expectations.

Well, I, haven't tried it yet, but I have high hopes that they will come through with some issues I've been having with my Orbi router and two satellites that have been dropping the wifi connection to Spectrum Wi-Fi. I realize that Spectrum stinks but it’s pretty much all we have around here. Major bummer
