My TV is all set up. WE could not have done this easily by ourselves. The Geek Squad protection has been very worth while.

This is a wonderful protection that we bought a couple of years ago and when the time ran out we send back up with no questions asked.

Protection plan works also for computer work by Geek Squad, great to have if have any problem with TV.

Best Buy has never given me a problem and I've needed their help quite a few times. Great protection program.

Absolutely disappointed with Best Buy's home delivery service. We scheduled a delivery only to have it rescheduled at the last minute with barely any notice. When we tried calling to find out what happened and reschedule, we couldn't get anyone on the phone. The next available delivery slot they offered? Weeks away. We ended up canceling and ordering the TV from Amazon instead. Had it delivered quickly and hired a local company to mount it on the wall. The whole experience was seamless and cost-effective. Best Buy used to be the go-to for electronics and installation, but their current delivery service is a disaster. Between the poor communication, inability to reach customer service, and absurd wait times, they seem determined to drive customers away. I can't recommend their home delivery service to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
