Got this when i got my z fold 7 and it covers any product i buy in store. Just bought a qm7k tv also so its nice to have protections for multiple items

I always ensure I get protected with this option, I may not always use it but it is absolutely terrific when I do need it.

It's nice to have but fortunately I haven't had a need to use it. I bought 14 or 15 items under this plan.

Everything i buy at Best Buy is covered. Ive saved money by having this protection.

I absolutely would recommend getting this protection that way when you’re purchasing anything from Best Buy’s you’re not only taken care of, but you know that your products are going to be warranted through them for any type of failure or replacement!

It’s always a good idea to have protection for your electronics. You could never be safe enough. Whether it’s electrical storm or water damage. Geek squad protection can save you from spending hundreds of dollars or from having to purchase another tv or electronics.

Kristian was excellent to work with when setting up my new desktop computer from Best Buy. A very professional young man. He definitely knows how to properly service a customer. Will definitely use Geek Squad again when purchasing a new electronic item from Best Buy. Hopefully I will get a chance to work with Kristian again.

We have the extended warranty on most of our electronics, and I have always found it to be a value. Especially with two kids.

This tv overall is nice. We love it! We've had for for 2yrs now and are realizing the sound is not so great. We can have the TV volume on 100 and it sounds like it is ok 40. So sad about that because we may have to buy a sound bar or subwoofer.

I get this on new purchases with my total tech membership. While the protection plans always seem like just an added charge on top of buying a cool piece of equipment you've been excited to buy for a while... It really just makes getting the low-cost annual total tech membership a no brainer. For me it allowed me to get my entire sound system installed in my Jeep for free (amp, six speakers, sub-woofer, antennas, cables, etc...) and any time there has been an issue with the system, with the total tech membership it gets fixed quickly and free of charge with the peace of mind that if anything major broke it would be protected with the free Best Buy Protection plan that comes with it. Not to mention that you also get the Best Buy Protection plan free on all other major purchases for free since you are a Total Tech member. Most recently I purchases a 65" SONY TV and the Best Buy Protection plan was added for free automatically.

I purchased a few things with my Total tech warranty and have had to use a few if them to replace my Ray-ban Meta glasses and a Samsung Smart Tv and it worked seamlessly. So worth the warranty especially if purchasing many products

Got this through having the total membership and well worth the benefits of the $180-$200 a year for things like this and also when bought my MacBook came with 2 years applecare

Used it and the customer service is great. Simple and easy

Only used it once, which was when I first signed up for it. It was helpful then in cutting my costs a little bit. And it was nice to have after that for the peace of mind. However, I won't be renewing, as I only need Apple Care.
