    Not sure whether to give this a good review or a bad review just yet based on the fact that from what I understand being a total tech member comes with benefits which include free delivery and installation. I am a total tech member however I was charged the $200 for delivery and an additional fee for installation, installation which by the way had to be taken down and put back up by new technicians using proper parts I was initially promised at the time of my purchase. If I’m a total tech member why did I get charge for this delivery/installation fee?
