Surround sound speaker

Total Tech 1 yr Program

Plus free removal of an old 27" console TV. Was disappointed to find out that the service would not apply to a computer diagnostic/repair.

Delivered with no power cord remote and missing si

Tv has no power cord to know if works. No remote to control if it does and missing left stand. Made the mistake of not opening when delivered (never thought they would deliver anything without vital equipment to use) have been remodeling and put in room in box to be safe until ready to mount. Now I suffer through the long hold times to have a remote to be delivered but not sure how that’s going to do anything since there is no power cord with the tv. After waiting so long I forgot I was on the phone and no idea of how this will be resolved. I have got a screen that doesn’t do a thing for me taking up space and can’t believe they would deliver this. Rethinking any future purchases will not be here. Can’t even contact the store to speak to someone cause all calls are sent to ??? India??? Best Buy is not the Best Buy any longer for me; incredibly disappointed.

Just Ok.

I did not meet me requirements for gaming and there was bad information given to the salesperson. Aside from that I found the picture to be just mediocre not very bright. That being said would be a good entry level TV for light duty. I ended up returning this and getting another one.

Liars and thieves

I dropped over $8k on TVs and a surround sound system for my new home. The saleman talked us into the total tech memebership which we have kept paying for but now they want to charge me $79 to come out and repair or replace a TV that is supposedlt under warranty. There was no mention of more money only that if we paid $200 each year for total tech we would be covered. This is ridiculous and now i know why Best Buy is in financial trouble. Liars with no customer service.

Terrible don’t do it!!

Purchased a TV and payed for total tech to have it installed and BEST BUY HAS CANCELED OR NOT SHOWN UP TO FIX IT. Contact tech support via messenger and they advised me to bring the TV to my local Best Buy to which the geek squad and management said “they are short handed” and can’t help me. I am a disable veteran that struggles with removing the TV to bring in only to be told they can’t help me. I have called 3 difrent departments. No one cares no says they are sorry. Worst place of business ever. I will never purchase and item again from Best Buy!!!!!!!

Customers beware of geek squad “technicians”

Best Buy is a corporation in the hands of very inept, lazy, unprofessional and uneducated installers. I just Can’t believe that is being almost a month since I bought a TV and still it has not been installed. A very abusive customer service. If they have on the overall rating one slot for no stars at all…that would be my selection. I went to two different stores, Dadeland and Miami Beach, since in one of the phone calls with customer service they suggested to go to the store because it was “easier” to schedule the installation. They all “scaleted the order”. Nothing happened… Perhaps this review will open their minds and expedite the installation…
