THE SERVICE WAS SLOW AND TOOK TO LONG.BUT WHEN I FINALLY GOT TGE SERVICE IT WAS GOOD.

Overall this TV was Ok. I did not meet me requirements for gaming and there was bad information given to the salesperson. Aside from that I found the picture to be just mediocre not very bright. That being said would be a good entry level TV for light duty. I ended up returning this and getting another one.

The TV has white backlight spots that are really distracting during dark scenes.

Good protection plan for items purchased at Best Buy. Only issue is service fee on replacements

BEST BUY is the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I dropped over $8k on TVs and a surround sound system for my new home. The saleman talked us into the total tech memebership which we have kept paying for but now they want to charge me $79 to come out and repair or replace a TV that is supposedlt under warranty. There was no mention of more money only that if we paid $200 each year for total tech we would be covered. This is ridiculous and now i know why Best Buy is in financial trouble. Liars with no customer service.

Do not pay for total tech, they will not fix it or honor their commitment. Purchased a TV and payed for total tech to have it installed and BEST BUY HAS CANCELED OR NOT SHOWN UP TO FIX IT. Contact tech support via messenger and they advised me to bring the TV to my local Best Buy to which the geek squad and management said “they are short handed” and can’t help me. I am a disable veteran that struggles with removing the TV to bring in only to be told they can’t help me. I have called 3 difrent departments. No one cares no says they are sorry. Worst place of business ever. I will never purchase and item again from Best Buy!!!!!!!

Absolute, worst customer care. On hold, 3 separate occasions for over 10 minutes and still can't talk to a human being.

I like the idea that my purchase is protected beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

Best Buy managers have a good attitude, clerks work hard for customer service, but the technicians they send to do installations really suck. Best Buy is a corporation in the hands of very inept, lazy, unprofessional and uneducated installers. I just Can’t believe that is being almost a month since I bought a TV and still it has not been installed. A very abusive customer service. If they have on the overall rating one slot for no stars at all…that would be my selection. I went to two different stores, Dadeland and Miami Beach, since in one of the phone calls with customer service they suggested to go to the store because it was “easier” to schedule the installation. They all “scaleted the order”. Nothing happened… Perhaps this review will open their minds and expedite the installation…

i love the protection plan. The Geek Squad Johnny and Deanne explained everything so thoroughly and answer all my questions. I feel confident with my service.

Nice peace of mind protection. You need to renew for the se ond year to take advantage of the warranty.

It's a waste of money. It reeks of scam. We will only cover if the unit is bad quality.

love the best buy protection plan. with all these tech gadgets in our lives there's always something that is brand new and yet breaks in the first 3 months

We purchased this service and have used it for all our purchases. Great to have as we are not technical savy and the Geek Squad is great.

All electronic purchased from best buy so far don't have faulty issues but highly recommended because it's guaranteed by best buy

The TV is of average quality. The color function is not always even.
