It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

Bought the extended extra protection warranty for 24 months

It's a no brainer! ~$200 per year but automatic 2 year warranty on anything you purchase? Think about it like this: you buy one product for $1000, your 2 year warranty can be anywhere from $50-150. So, I pay once a year and everything is covered?! I buy all of my major electronics from best buy and I don't worry about if they don't work. Did I mention that I got 5 TV's mounted at 1/5th the cost because I have this plan? Yes, it pays for itself over a few years. Now, if it get's more expensive, I may just have to take my chances but for now, this is the best option.
