This sound bar hasn’t worked correct since it was installed it cuts in and out and never stays on the sound bar. It was a big waste of money and I’ve had them out twice to look at it and I’m a widow and don’t feel like fooling with it.

What a joke pay extended for what only to be asked to pay over and over every time you request advice as a retiree with special needs I now realise this company is a disgusting joke

They canceled my plan without any notice. I’m gonna have to spend hours trying to set up the plans again.

Big time miscommunications. Was told that a number of services were free, but all of the sudden they want $100 before they left my house. After spending about an hour in the store, I was able to get it resolved, but I would rather be doing something else. Would recommend more transparent communication so the customer knows what they are buying.

Horrible service they charge you to get it. Then they charge you to fix things that are covered. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY!

Screen was crack inside the boxhad to return it and get another one

Best Buy sent a 3rd party out to my home and the third party installed the thermoatats incorrectly crossing the wires. Another third party contractor they hired told them an HVAC Tech is required. Best Buy sent the Television Tech.

This one of the only warranty type type plans I’ve bought. For th dollar it’s worth way more than it cost. I’ve had way more service than I paid for it. A real bang for your buck. “It wont let me change the rating but poor it is not, it is way above average.”

Geek squad oline customer service is horrible they now nothing cant call the store either got to ride there

WORTHLESS - After spending almost ten hours on the phone with Best Buy I have been unable to resolve any of my issues. Complete disregard for my time - three different supervisors promised a call back and none did.

When I have to use it I'll tell you if this work. Why do you want I'll say something withow know it about?

Total Tech has no idea what it is doing. They schedule appointments and people show up who don't have the information, instruction or item you ordered. Unbelievable how bad this service is.

I have lost all my trust in being a total Tech about our. This year. This service is gone down hill and I am walking away from best buy

Not the best at installs. Guy messed up my whole car with wiring. Had to wait month to get it fixed and it was awful

The protection package is a great buy. It also comes with free installation on all items purchased from best buy
