    Not covering incedintal failure. Just says they will send aomeone out it three days and i am standing in the front of the syore with a broken 70” TV and after spending extra money on product replacement they wont replace the product. Wont refund the money for the best buy coverage amd i have to buy another TV. Wont be shopping here anymore! I have spent $50,000 plus at this store and i wont spend another dine. No customer service and no

    I am not happy. I got the protection because I was told that if I have any issue they would take care, go home, and fix my equipment. My LG 48" TV has an issue with some apps and I told them and they said I needed to bring it to the store. I am not doing that. I am not going to take the risk of breaking something that then would not be covered by the guarantee. If I take the TV to the store it would be to return it.

    Read the fine print. After the 24 months you will have to purchase additional warranties and the prices are different for each product. I always get screwed on my warranties. They need to go back to by product warranties. I have to replace my 70" 2 year old TV. Adding more to the global junk pile cause of course I can't use my Total Tech.

    It sucks ... you end up paying 400 for a two year warranty... huh? Unless you plan to buy alot of stuff for delivery (delivery service notorious for damaging appliances)from bestbuy total tech is not worth it.

    I’ve provided numerous 5 star reviews over the past 6+ years because they provided a great service. Past tense is key. Best Buy management has dropped install services from the Total Tech plan so now it’s time for my family to drop you.

    slow, sluggish, not so good picture and wish I had not bought it. First tv was awful and Best Buy exchanged it for a new one and same issue are occurring...It was not so inexpensive that you'd expect such poor performance

    Have had to deal for almost 6 weeks in fixing my tv. After 2 no shows and 3 cancelled appointments, ended up brining the tv to the store myself. The people in the store were helpful, but for what I paid for this and being a total tech member, my time was not respected at all.

    This sound bar hasn’t worked correct since it was installed it cuts in and out and never stays on the sound bar. It was a big waste of money and I’ve had them out twice to look at it and I’m a widow and don’t feel like fooling with it.

    Big time miscommunications. Was told that a number of services were free, but all of the sudden they want $100 before they left my house. After spending about an hour in the store, I was able to get it resolved, but I would rather be doing something else. Would recommend more transparent communication so the customer knows what they are buying.

    They canceled my plan without any notice. I’m gonna have to spend hours trying to set up the plans again.

    Best Buy sent a 3rd party out to my home and the third party installed the thermoatats incorrectly crossing the wires. Another third party contractor they hired told them an HVAC Tech is required. Best Buy sent the Television Tech.
