Extremely pleased with this service, purchased with an open box 55 inch Samsung tv clarity, price value which covers other items too, I took in my old laptop and was able to have malware removed at no additional cost, this service was recommended by a neighbor and I inturn passed it on to another neighbor who indeed made a purchase of a tv. The geek squad that installed the wall mount and tv were professional knowledgeable and friendly, would highly recommend.

I thought I was signing up for GEEK Squad installation on a recent TV purchase, but it ended up being a contractor. The contractor was great, but Best Buy needs to be more transparent in their assignments. Also, the order was not filled correctly due to the poor website process, and I ended up getting two different teams to accomplish one goal.

Our family has enjoyed many movie nights using this TV. Great purchase!

Best warranty service idea BestBuy has had yet. I used to buy warranty on everything separately, now I can lump them all together for one cost per year. If you don't buy that much from this store then this is not for you, however if you buy lots of tech and mostly from Best Buy, then this is worth every penny.

Just a sense of comfort knowing you have that added protection.
