Unhappy Customer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought I was signing up for GEEK Squad installation on a recent TV purchase, but it ended up being a contractor. The contractor was great, but Best Buy needs to be more transparent in their assignments. Also, the order was not filled correctly due to the poor website process, and I ended up getting two different teams to accomplish one goal.

I used to buy warranty on everything separately, now I can lump them all together for one cost per year. If you don't buy that much from this store then this is not for you, however if you buy lots of tech and mostly from Best Buy, then this is worth every penny.
