This is the best money ever spent. BB Geek squad service is excellent and prompt and very reliable. They installed and mounted our 4 TVs perfectly; they fixed our printer; they also fixed my back up drive. I feel very protected with them on my side.

Perfect sound quality for a home, I am happy with that.

Until I got this TV I was using an old 720p 60hz Samsung and I decided to go all out so I'd never have to get another TV again. And boy oh boy was that a great decision, the OLED display has to be the best on the market right now. So in conclusion 10/10 would recommend.

Some say to not purchase the extra coverage and sometimes we don’t. We did with these new TVs and we are glad we did. Am happy with the reassurance we have with these products. Fingers crossed I won’t need to use it …covered if we do so it’s all good!

Thos tv is amazing! It has great picture and quality. I have my ps4 connected and the tv screen can change into game mode and make the screen brighter for darker games. All in all i am very happy with my purchase.

They recommended this Sony TV because we like to watch football and because of the lighting in the room. It has worked out very well for us. Looking forward to seeing the Super Bowl game tomorrow.

The Best Buy protection is a good deal. It would have cost more to pay someone to fix my computer so I was very happy with this. Plus, I can return if I have any more problems within the 24 motnh period.

We recently bought this TV. We had a problem with it. I made one phone call and the technician was here the next day. He took one look at the TV, and told me not to worry because BEst Buy would be replacing it within 4 days,,,

Was professionally installed buy best buy team. They cleaned as they left.

The ony thing stopping this from being 5 stars is that when i received them, i had to factory reset them myself because it was still under the old users AppleID. And the other thing is that my box was very damaged. But other then that 5 starts. They were very clean and looked practically new. Look and sounds great
