I've been a total tech member for 16 months and I love it. The quick easy accurate installation / wall mounting of our Samsung Frame TV in a NYC apartment made the annual fee so worth it.

The first washer we received stalled out on it"s first run because the installer didn"t wait for the cycle to complete Best Buy sent a new machine out the next week, It has worked great since.

This is hands down one of the best gaming monitors you can buy for PC gaming. My only complaint is that Apple Mac Mini with eGPU the refresh rate will not go higher than 60hz. But that’s an Apple problem and not the fault of the screen

Great to have extended coverage on an item you pay a lot of money for. Haven’t had to use it yet but if I need it I have it.

Grateful to have the protection option. Makes me less nervous when my kid starts messing with my stuff.

Having protection can cost money, but the first time a $1500 bricks itself through predators tech company practices, you'll be grateful.

Great value plan, highly recommend these protection plans for if you have 3+ expensive devices, especially TVs. Better than purchasing individual plans for each.

Every purchase came with the protection plan with no added cost when you are a member. This is really assuring to have woth each tech pruchase.

It is so nice knowing that if something goes wrong with the kindle I bought at at Best Buy is completely covered and can be replaced or repaired.
