Excellent. I like knowing if I have a problem with my appliances i can make one easy call to receive the help meeded.

We haven't needed to use the protection plan as of yet but I will say I am grateful to not have to worry about all the products we have bought since the purchase!

I highly recommend. I always make sure to add protection plan on all my electronic items just to be safe. Geek squad is always helpful and I’ve never had any problems when needed to have something replaced or repaired.

Glad to have got the best buy protection. I like the peace of mind having it and I have had to recently use it. I returned a tv and it was replaced with zero hassle. Best buy has become my fav store for electronics.

Have had to have a tech come out twice, once to show me how the TV works and a second time to trouble shoot a connectivity problem. Both times the appointment set up was a breeze and the techs very professional and knowledgeable.

It is definitely worth the money. They have repaired several of my electronics with absolutely no pushback. They take care of their customers. Completely satisfied.

It’s great! I highly recommend if you’re purchasing many expensive electronics within a one year period. Or for that piece of mind.
