    It is what it is. typically only needed with stuff that requires physical use. Manufactures warranty will cover anything this would.

    Bought TV last Thursday with app set up for 10/27. The associate assurred me that everything will be installed and taken care of in one day. . Got text messages and emails to confirm the app. Had to scheddule time off from work. Today 10/26 around 2:30 pm I called to make sure the app is all good and set. Spoke with the rep and confirmed all is good. Around 3.30pm get text message that the app was cenceled. Called the number and I was told that app was canceled because the product was unavailable. Asked me if I want to cancel. I asked how the product is unavailable when I bought it and paid last week. No answer. Than the associate recommended me to go to the store and pick up the TV my self. He said " It will be a lot easier" So why I am paying TOTAL TECH service when I am receiving any service. What a Joke !!!!!

    They only sent 1 guy for a 75” tv it should have been 2

    I purchased in mid-december, mid July and the screen went out. Had to wait one week for repair to come with my "Tool Tech" membership at which time they discovered they have to order parts. Repair scheduled a week later. So, two weeks w/o TV that is 6 months old

    Having multiple problems with Television. Contacted Geek squad, they emailed me some directions, my husband tried them, didn’t work, now this morning TV won’t shut off.

    Warranty sucks, bought my 86" tv, after 6 months, there's a crack. I was told accident damage for products are cover when I bought the warranty so I brought the tv to the store, they didn't do anything, just told me it's not cover. I left the tv there told them they could have it, never buying any tv from them ever again.

    I got this protection plan because it had good coverage, for this reason I bought 99% of the appliances from BestBuy. I got notification that renewal will be automatically billed to my BestBuy credit card which made it better. Due to BestBuy errors and their technicality I have lost my coverage , and their is nothing that can be done. Customer service agents have terrible service, no regards and empathy. Even a programmed machine would have been better.

    Very disappointed that protection program benefit changed. The decreased benefits are not worth the money even though the cost decreased. This past year before it changed I specifically came to best buy to purchase a dishwasher, stove, microwave and security cameras because it included free delivery and set up with the old program.

    All defective items even with geek squad members ( they dont acceot it) instead they let you go to other place like dribbling a ball
