Tv is ok for the price. Speakers not to good recommend to buy a sound bar. But picture is ok. Also Samsung tv is like having free cable

not sure I see the value in the program yet only reason I purchased was it cost the same as installation so I'm willing to give it chance but not sure of the value yet and do not see any benefit to the " Special Member Price Discounts "

Good thing this protection is free with Elite membership. My remote failed an I was advised I would receive a new one with 2 day shipping. That was a week ago and I still have not received one and cant use the tv without one.

I cannot tell how good it is because I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I was talked into purchasing it because it would include the TV installation

Be a member and get all the protection you need plus more! Never was one to buy more protection than needed, however, the value of being a member has saved me more money than not buying it. It is worth buying the membership and extra-protection. Don't miss out on the deals right now!

Good benefit, but only if you use it for tech support, etc. Otherwise money better spent. The $200 price tag is actually $400.

I hate this TV. You have to juggle between 2 remotes, the one it came with and the DirecTV remote. It keeps ushering you to streaming services like Netflix insteadnof what you toldnit to do. I HATE THIS TV.

Sales expertise was average at best. The sales process was not managed professionally.

Bought TV last Thursday with app set up for 10/27. The associate assurred me that everything will be installed and taken care of in one day. . Got text messages and emails to confirm the app. Had to scheddule time off from work. Today 10/26 around 2:30 pm I called to make sure the app is all good and set. Spoke with the rep and confirmed all is good. Around 3.30pm get text message that the app was cenceled. Called the number and I was told that app was canceled because the product was unavailable. Asked me if I want to cancel. I asked how the product is unavailable when I bought it and paid last week. No answer. Than the associate recommended me to go to the store and pick up the TV my self. He said " It will be a lot easier" So why I am paying TOTAL TECH service when I am receiving any service. What a Joke !!!!!
