    I don’t like your new protection plan. It is not what I originally signed up for. This plan is not look out for your customer. I shouldn’t be paying for a home service that is a mechanical repair. When I bought this stuff that wasn’t the rules.

    Did a terrible install of my TV. Had a chat online June 23 2023, Never got a response as promised. Issue with the TV legs for sound bar placement under TV. Was told by install team it had to be as is. Found out later they installed the legs incorrectly. And haven't done anything to correct problem.

    This was a piece of Garbage TV. Worry purchase I have ever made. The TV didn’t even last 2 years and Samsung only offers a 1 year warranty. Don’t waste your money.

    We wanted to have the TV installed on the wall. The salesperson advised $200. When cashing out, we were advised that we were actually buying a tech support agreement, which in turn included installation. Misleading and bazaar approach. Several attempts to call in to Tech support, finding the wait times very long, and the automated call system very frustrating. Can't recommend.
