    The mount for tv was easy to hang and adjust my tv viewing when i change seats..great product

    Even though I now know the ins-and-outs of TT, I will not likely ever purchase it again, because of all of the difficulty I have had with it so far. It is also $$$.

    I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE PROTECTION IF I NEED IT. THE APPOINTMENTS FOR SERVICES ARE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN WITHIN A WEEK.

    Sucks. Spent over $1000 bucks for poor service. Wouldn't recommend for anything.

    The protection has paid off this time. Had to replace a tv within the first month as it got a row of dead pixels

    Incredibly disappointed experience - Huge Fail

    Generally, Best Buy has been great. I've been a very long time local customer. However, my attempted purchase of a Hisense U8N was the worst ever. I ordered this 1 month ago. My delivery & installation day was today. 1.5 hours after their committed window, I called BB to inquire as to when I can expect the installers. I found out, the TV was not in stock. In fact, it is not available in a store in my city. How is it that I waited 4 weeks, got all the automatic emails and text messages and then I call 1.5h after their window only to find out the TV isn't in-stock. That is unacceptable for a company this large and well established. I talked with their customer service and asked for a swap for a diff brand, similar price. They agreed to work on this. However, the new order showed up in my email for last years model of this TV. They didn't ask me if I would be willing to accept last years model. They did not tell me they couldn't swap the tv for a different model. Simply placed the order for last years model. Waited a month, waisted 2 hours on the phone with BB today and have nothing to show for it. Incredibly lousy customer service and back office system software and sales notifications.
