The purchase and installation of new Samsung TV was so easy and the tech who installed it knew what he was doing, was informative, pleasant, and ensured everything was working perfectly; and gave me a phone number should anything, just anything went wrong! Such service! Nothing has gone wrong!

Love having my membership because the warranty that comes along with the membership has saved me many times.

I find that the Best But Protection is a fair purchase from a protection but other perks like free delivery make it worthwhile.

I've been a Total Tech member and having the 24 month Protection Plan is great peace of mind. When I've had to use the plan, it has been hassle free and super easy to work with. I highly recommend this plan if you purchase a good amount of electronics from Best Buy.

As someone who worked at Best Buy back in the day, I may be a little biased.. but this offering is likely the best BBY has come out with. Buying Totaltech and getting the protection subscription is a GAME CHANGER. Yes, paying yearly isn't ideal, but subscriptions are becoming status quo for many software and hardware vendors. Best Buy has won me over with this plan, as it carries a lot of value and perks.

The senior design consultant came out to measure for the television I purchased prior to purchasing a product that fit the area for the television. It is a great service. Extremely efficient. This is part of Best buy total.

I highly recommend Geek Squad Protection. It is very useful with so many items being so complicated. I have used them for issues of my laptop, iPad, and iPhone, television, and also installation of Ring products and Nest thermostats. They have always been Great!

So happy to have this 24 month total tech service! The team set up all if our equipment and made sure.no wires were showing as well. They were professional, couteous and always on time. Some say to not purchase the extra coverage and sometimes we don’t. We did with these new TVs and we are glad we did. Am happy with the reassurance we have with these products. Fingers crossed I won’t need to use it …covered if we do so it’s all good!

They recommended this Sony TV because we like to watch football and because of the lighting in the room. It has worked out very well for us. Looking forward to seeing the Super Bowl game tomorrow.

Until I got this TV I was using an old 720p 60hz Samsung and I decided to go all out so I'd never have to get another TV again. And boy oh boy was that a great decision, the OLED display has to be the best on the market right now. So in conclusion 10/10 would recommend.

Thos tv is amazing! It has great picture and quality. I have my ps4 connected and the tv screen can change into game mode and make the screen brighter for darker games. All in all i am very happy with my purchase.
