i recommend getting the protection/warranty on all your items. My sony T.v had a problem and it was resolved due to having the protection plan. Its worth the dollar in case of problems

This is an exceptional TV. Also bought the Sony soundbar to go along with it. Sounds amazing, with a beautiful picture as well.

I bought this as a replacement for my last LG TV and the picture quality is unreal. Oled is definitely the way to go and LG. I have all LG TV’s in my house and the quality just keeps getting better.

The screen is definitely top of the line. The only thing better would be 4k, which I personally don't need right now. I can't find, or it does not have a volume control to lower the blasting sound of commercials. Easy fix though, just put it on half mute when a commercial comes on. Flip back when your show comes back on. This "blasting sound" may have worked during the "Modern Men" era, but everyone I know just mutes the commercial and then nothing gets sold. Good work advertisers...

I love the tv great picture quality and sound. Navigation is very simple and easy the small controller is really nice aswell. Setup was very simple would recommend.

The sony bravia 75’’ tv has been awesome. The video clarity is great and is perfectly placed above fireplace. The bestbuy geek squad helped to install it and did a hreat job on it.

I'm upset about this plan bc i specifically asked for and wanted the same exact plan i had on my old TV from BB, which was a full 5 yr total coverage that ultimately wound up getting lined running through it. When BB came out they approved me for $750 towards a new tv and that was already in the 4th year. For that plan i only paid $199, but this new plan is only 2 years and costs $250 plus another $200 for every year thereafter when if they hadn't me the original plan i asked plan it was on sale for $299 for the full 5 years just like my old TV's plan had. This plan does however cover all devices in my household, which is good,but by the end of the 5 years it'll have costed me an extra $1000.00 vs. The $299 it would've cost for the plan i had on my old TV. I don't shop enough at best buy to justify the extra $1000.00 over the course of 5 years as i don't have a family & it's just me so I don't have that many devices to justify losing an extra G for the 5 years when they should've given me what i asked for like I had on my old TV with the 5 year BB protection plan. Granted that only covered the TV and not all other devices, but again i don't have all that many devices to justify that cost!

Picture is perfect and tv speed is very fast for downloading and streaming

Had installed with in wall add on so no wires are exposed using a full motion month with is amazing. Now fully protected for 24 months so dont have a single worry. Using the services has been very easy.

This takes the worries away from me and lets me enjoy my electronics and have a wonderful time watching movies

Never had to use it, but that’s a good thing. Hopefully I’ll never have to.
