I LOVE my Totaltech Membership! Normally I turn down buying extended warranties but after doing the math I knew the Totaltech Membership would pay for itself. Not only does it extend warranties it also extends the return window to 45 days and it covers installation free of charge for items purchased at Best Buy and discounts installation for items purchased at other retailers. I've had 4 TV's, 3 soundbars, a stove, a microwave and a wall plug installed free of charge with my membership so it's actually far surpassed just paying for itself and the customer service has been excellent~!

I have had this subscription for several years now and will continue to renew it each time it comes due. The response for IT, Geek squad assistance or other tech problem resolution is immediate, effective and helpful.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. IT COVERED ALL MY BEST BUY PURCHASES.

Bought this for my wife who is self employed and very busy. Has done wonders to help her stay organized.

This plan offers members discounts. One thing they changed though was the free installation that came with it. I have a remote start and alarm installed on my truck and at the time I didn't have to pay labor. I wish they would bring that part back. But I will still purchase it it's worth it.

I love the picture quality of my 65” LG OLED. It’s the perfect size for our large primary bedroom. I also have an LG Soundbar attached to the T.V. The Settings are not user friendly and even though I can set the sleep timer through voice activation, it’s been years since the majority of manufacturers have removed the sleep timer from remote controls. All manufacturers should include the sleep timer to all basic remote controls. Lastly, and most annoying is the sound delay whenever I pause, fast fwd, rewind, etc… with the Soundbar & the T.V. speakers. It must be a glitch, bcuz it’s a first for me

This TV is seriously so seamless, clear and easy to use. The new Samsung UI is very clean and integrated making it better for users to find what they’re looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better purchase.

With total membership you get 24 months protection plan on everything you buy at Best Buy. When you add up all the protection plan costs for things you buy, it pays for itself plus you get that same protection plan on the items you might not ha bought one on. It’s worth every penny to join total membership!

Good to have to cover your purchases! Renewal fee isnt cheap but worth it if youbwant hassle free repairs or replacements.

I use it regularly to have my computers maintained and updated. I've returned an item that broke during use within the covered BBT period without complications. I highly recommend purchasing the Best Buy Total service plan
