I love the picture quality of my 65” LG OLED. It’s the perfect size for our large primary bedroom. I also have an LG Soundbar attached to the T.V. The Settings are not user friendly and even though I can set the sleep timer through voice activation, it’s been years since the majority of manufacturers have removed the sleep timer from remote controls. All manufacturers should include the sleep timer to all basic remote controls. Lastly, and most annoying is the sound delay whenever I pause, fast fwd, rewind, etc… with the Soundbar & the T.V. speakers. It must be a glitch, bcuz it’s a first for me

I LOVE my Totaltech Membership! Normally I turn down buying extended warranties but after doing the math I knew the Totaltech Membership would pay for itself. Not only does it extend warranties it also extends the return window to 45 days and it covers installation free of charge for items purchased at Best Buy and discounts installation for items purchased at other retailers. I've had 4 TV's, 3 soundbars, a stove, a microwave and a wall plug installed free of charge with my membership so it's actually far surpassed just paying for itself and the customer service has been excellent~!

Best Buy Total is the best service plan I have had the pleasure of purchasing. It covers Geek Squad visits, repairs, consultations and, labor. I use it regularly to have my computers maintained and updated. I've returned an item that broke during use within the covered BBT period without complications. I highly recommend purchasing the Best Buy Total service plan

I bought an 85” and a 65” Samsung 4K Smart TVs, plus brackets to install on wall. The Geek Squad arrived and took care of everything. I couldn’t have been easier. Love the TVs and love the top-notch Geek Squad service!!!

Good picture. Smooth transition from one platform to the next. Negative… The tv is very heavy 60 lbs and it is not user friendly with the Paramount+ platform. There is a work around I am not willing to spend time doing it for the long term. I returned the tv and choose another one.
