This was a wonderful protection to have especially when tragedy struck! I purchased a new Samsung 65" TV from Best Buy that contained a bad backlight panel. With the monthly protection plan, the Best Buy customer service team was able to quickly diagnose the issue and refund the full amount to my credit card amount. As a side note, I took that credit and quickly applied it to another TV that will also contain this Monthly Protection plan moving forwards.

Absolutely blown away by the movie theater quality sound. First movie we watched was Twister & it felt like we were in the tornado! Set up was so easy.

This is great coverage at no extra cost when you are a BB member.

The 75" QLED TV we purchased with Best Buy services is amazing! It took me a while to get used to the remote control, but when I did, I was thoroughly satisfied. The BB protection services has not been used yet and it is time to renew. Hopefully I will not need protection put I will still purchase it. Because I can't use it if I don't have it!

The warranty comes free with my Best Buy Membership so it is hard to argue with the service, but have yet to need it on this item.

I've only had this for one week and so far impressed with the quality. I will say it took Best Buy three attempts to get me a set that worked. Apparently the first two were either dropped somewhere along the way or damaged in the factory. That made me have to wait about six weeks since first purchase and until final delivery and set up. I gave it 5 star because the damaged sets did not seem to be the fault of Best Buy and they were very helpful making it right.

Tv was a great purchase!!! i love the quality of it and its fast the only issue i have is when i use the remote to turn it off it glitches

I was looking for a TV for my new home in Lakeland I got there like 15 minutes to closing the staff told me not to worry that they would take care of sure they did. We love the Sonny Bravia TV it shows a beautiful quality picture. This wasn't the one I went in the store to buy but with the help of the sales guy I walked out a happy custome.r

Works great and like the size and clarity. Very pleased

The only suggest for this product is works as stated but please please please be sure to measure your wall to make sure this tv mount will hold up tv when you drill into the back wood frame. My house unfortunately needed a longer tv frame
