Was very happy with my purchase would purchase again

Purchased the Hisense - 75" Class U8H Series Mini LED Quantum ULED 4K UHD Smart Google TV. Absolutely loved the picture quality but could not get the sound to sync correctly with my Sonos Arc sounder. Connecting my TCL to the Sonos played without any audio issues. Thanks to the protection plan I was able to return the Hisense without issue!

I have been incredibly satisfied. My product was still under manufacturer warranty, but they helped me navigate the process and get my replacement.

The picture and easy use are one of the main reasons we got this TV. Like that it’s Alexa comparable as well.

The television picture quality is great for the room I set it up in which is a bit darker than the average living room. Sports games look great especially with the colorful courts some NBA teams have this season. The onboard processing power is showing signs of lagging which worries me as Google and Sony release updates causing more lag and hang ups when using the operating system for application access and apps in general.

I am truly impressed with the quality of service and the quality of each product I have purchased (and Protected) from Best Buy. Our BestBuy Project Manager, Mario Arthur, is fabulous. Being both patient in listening to our requirements, and so very technical in making recommendations.

This TV has a fantastic color and very clear picture

I once had a problem. I used the same cord for tv to my window AC. I called total tech. They sent hardware fire the tv computer board. But they figure that was the problem. Never I will use the same power cord with a/c wall unit. Best Buy is the best! Always get the extended warranty. It’s better than the manufacturer!

For the price, you get really good quality. Easy to set up with your Samsung TV.

This . is a great computer What i notice most is the speed. I used to have to et my old one warm up. This guy is ready 123 as soon as you open it. The kryboar is very smooth.

It was nice and sturdy. A little hard to install but doable.
