I once had a problem. I used the same cord for tv to my window AC. I called total tech. They sent hardware fire the tv computer board. But they figure that was the problem. Never I will use the same power cord with a/c wall unit. Best Buy is the best! Always get the extended warranty. It’s better than the manufacturer!

The television picture quality is great for the room I set it up in which is a bit darker than the average living room. Sports games look great especially with the colorful courts some NBA teams have this season. The onboard processing power is showing signs of lagging which worries me as Google and Sony release updates causing more lag and hang ups when using the operating system for application access and apps in general.

Love the TV no complaints. Just wish I had known about app to continue coverage past the 2 year mark.

Security, just in case, be safe, save in case of the unknown. Worthwhile for big purchases.

Total tech is well worth it. Had Best Buy Greek squad bring over a tv, set it up, and explain how to use it. After buying total tech you get free shipping on other products plus 24 mouths of warranty protection. Total tech only lasts 1 year so if you want to insure products for a full two years you have to renew total tech membership. Total tech also saves you some extra money on other services and purchases.

The Best Buy Protection service has proven to be very helpful when I cannot resolve computer and entertainment system issues. Combinations of multiple PCs, printers, TV, network devices, audio systems, internet connections and remote controllers have many ways to not work properly. Best Buy agents have been responsive to the issues and come back for more when additional support is needed.
