I joined the Best Buy Total Plus protection and support services. This is a great option with free installation support. FYI, this is why I didnt buy it on Prime.

Love Best Buy for including this protection in my TV purchase. Always shopped at Amazon for best prices, but Best Buy tops that giant, and I can have my purchase the same day with a friendly employee to assist. I'll be back!

Clean, beautiful, modern look, a little red light stays on if the heating element is still hot, which will keep you from burning yourself accidentally, I like to throw tortillas on top is the quickest way to warm one up!

Would recommend getting this product. It'll come in handle when you need it

Awesome membership. This pays for itself - I got my TV on sale and got free same day delivery and wall mounting. Additionally I love the extended return perk. I ended up getting a price match on a purchase that was more than 14 days ago and so glad I had total tech.

I purchased this for a few extra bucks when I had to get windows OS re installed on my PC by geek squad. I figured I would do it as it allowed me to have the security of a lot of different things compared repairing my tech. However, deals aren’t really too great and hmI have yet to find one on something I actually intended to buy or willing to buy. I will keep it until the time is up then probably cancel unless some value actually comes of it in the future! Also, my local Best Buy employees are careless, They can’t answer questions directly about different tech in store and make you feel as though you are a burden when inquiring about a product and it’s specs. Had an employee groan when I asked if they had something I can wrap the $1,500+ 86” TV that I purchased and was going to put in the bed of my truck and looked like weather was rolling in. If it’s not something I need urgently I have started to shop on Amazon or elsewhere!
